When Torao gulps down a drink gifted to him by his delinquent buddies he unknowingly drinks a magical juice that turns him into an attractive girl. Turns out Torao also has a fight planned with the only man ever able to beat him, Ryouhei Inuzuka, in just a little bit, but his rival has other plans once it turns out a girl shows up instead of a boy...

Now Torao has to not only deal with looking for a way to turn back to normal, but also deal with his rival's brutish sexual advances on him trying to get Torao to fall in love with him.
